Light Spelt Sourdough

This delicious bread is lighter than our whole grain. The crumb is airier, and the taste is lighter. It is made with high-extraction spelt flour (light spelt), which has only the largest pieces of bran removed, keeping most of the grain's nutrition intact. The ingredients are just organic flour, water, and salt.
